Linked Orange County Meetup with Lewis Howes

Connecting. Business. People. Those are the three things Linked Orange County is known for. Their mission is to be a hub for thought leadership, entrepreneurs, small businesses and start-ups with emphasis on helping their members prosper and contributing to the growth of the Orange County economy.

One of the things Linked OC does is bring in a great speaker every month to share with the membership. This month, they brought in my buddy Lewis Howes to talk about how to build an online business empire. Next month, the keynote will be delivered by the one and only Seth Godin.

Getting a Free Lunch at Free Lunch Friday Orange County

The first Free Lunch Friday Orange County was a complete success. We had a full house showing up at the ROC (Real Office Centers, not Republic Of China) for three hours of food, drinks and networking. Best of all, it was all free!

FLF (Free Lunch Friday) believes to feed our global economies we need to start by feeding our startups and entrepreneurs. And to do that we are launching FLF locations around the world where startups and entrepreneurs will gather on the last Friday of every month for real human interaction and community. At these locations you can connect with startups, entrepreneurs, mentors, experts, partners, and investors all while enjoying some free, beer, and community.

Bryan Elliott, CEO and founder of The GoodBrain Digital Studios, kicked off Free Lunch Friday OC by sharing his stories and insights in a twenty minute keynote. Afterward, it was back-to-face to face networking and beer!

There are Free Lunch Fridays happening all over the United States, with international locations coming soon. Check out the Free Lunch Friday map to find a free lunch near you. It happens on the last Friday of every month. I hope to see you at the next one.
