How Awe your readers to take Action

This guest post is by John Jacob of Jeevan Blog Networking 101.

You have traffic.

You have a large number of people that read your blog posts every day.

What you want to do with these people?

Ask them to subscribe? Comment? Read?

Quite simply, you want take them action, right?

And how are we going to do?

Yes, of course: with different strategies. In this blog post, we take a glance to some strategies of "awe" your readers to take action - to subscribe, comment on or do anything.

If you are looking for the definition of the word "horror", you get something like this:

AWE: A sense of reverential respect mixed with fear or wonder.

Note that I have underlined the words, respect and awe. These are the feelings that we need to take care of. In other words, you want to create a feeling or an emotion, of respect and wonder in the minds of your readers.

And how exactly do that?

Think about it from a perspective of normal life. That you read the fiction? How the authors of fiction to create a sense of wonder, of your mind? Through twists, the dramas and the wonders in history.

In other words, they give you something unexpected.

The same thing goes for your blog. You can awe your readers by giving them something that they don't expect to you. Today, the action you take is based on you, your blog, and your blog is in the popularity race.

The best way to answer this question is to ask your readers with surveys and polls. But there is something you can do: analyze your competitors. Take a look at the blogs of your competitors. What is different from your blog have? It is the quality of the content, design, layout, writing style?

You can also analyze the blogs that you read out your niche. What is it that makes you want to read these messages? It is creativity used by the author? Identify what makes these popular blogs and decide to do the same for your blog. But, when it comes to do so, do better.

In other words, are designed to similar success, but strive for something more.

We all know the standard way for your readers to comment on your blog messages: write quality content include calls to action and the realization of gifts. The trick to do this successfully is to do differently.

The first reason why I love surprise gifts is because you can get more than less. Here's how it works:

To encourage comments, tell your readers for the next 5 months, you provide two or three gifts for the best comments.

Now, here's the best part: you do not have to make gifts each month. Choose the month you are going to give your gifts randomly, but don't say that your readers. You can encourage comments and you will surprise readers when award you the giveaway.

The gift should inspire the horror itself - make extremely generous and valuable to your readers. The comments themselves and your answers, should help to create a sense of horror if you approach them the right way.

It works the same way for the gifts randomly; the only difference is that you don't tell your readers that you want to make a gift to all the - until you announce the winners of the first.

When your readers see the announcement post, they will have a strong motivation to leave comments "better" more frequently (relative to the technique of random gift). Again, this allows foster a sense of admiration to your readership - and encourage them to act.

OK, admit it: you want to subscribers. You want customers who are faithful and who are willing to buy your products and those that recommend you.

Here are several techniques that can help:

On your landing page, of beautiful screenshots that illustrate your offer include: Include the screenshot of the design of the email, the first page and the Table of contents of your ebook, or screenshots of weekly e-mail advice automatic - regardless of your subscription provides, show images of it. The objective is to awe your readers so that they feel that they will be absent from the great things if they do subscribe. Just do not tell them, show them!Conduct of exclusive gifts for new and existing subscribers: Here, you want to do two things: make gifts for existing subscribers and new subscribers, separately. This will be easier for you to do if you can sort by your subscribers by subscription date (Aweber is a tool that you can use here). And if make you gifts, include screenshots in your landing page!Make your beautiful landing page: On your landing page, you want to impress your readers with the design and words. Experiment, analyze, learn and tweak your landing pages. Bring out the rest of your blog.Include testimony and comments: These could be your customers, subscribers, friends, and even popular people in your niche. You want to highlight all these things - create the dread by making your readers feel you are an authority.Give something, even if they do subscribe: Don't hate readers for subscription do not; on the contrary, share and care. Here is something you can do. All we have seen out of pop - ups. Use them for your own good. Imagine that one of your potential subscribers was not impressed simply click on the button to subscribe. What can we do? Give something useful. For example, if you offer your ebook to subscribers, then gives a handful of chapters to potential subscribers. Keep one thing in mind: you want your potential customer to read, be surprised by it and then subscribe to your list. For example, include the subscription link in this gift.

It is important to have great content. Kind of marketing and networking. But that's not all. You must invest time in each small step. You want your blog and your brand stand out from the other, in content, design, layout and all the elements. Play with it. Experimentation is the best way to learn how you can create a sense of admiration in the minds of your readers. And this is what you want to do. Inspire awe, encourage and develop the action.
